Wilson Wong, CPHR, RPR, PI Practitioner
Wilson has spent over a decade helping businesses build kickass teams, thriving workplaces, and drive growth. He’s a Certified HR Pro (CPHR), a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), and a Predictive Index Practitioner, which basically means he knows exactly what makes people tick (and how to hire and keep the right ones). From global equipment dealerships and commercial construction firms to non-profits, healthcare, and small businesses, Wilson’s has worked with a ton of different industries. He even shares his expertise as an HR Instructor at SAIT’s School of Business and has taught HR workshops (approved by CPHR Alberta and Associations for Doctors). He founded Modern People Solutions with a simple mission — to make HR practical, measurable, and life-changing for business owners, leaders, and employees.
Steve Feland
Steve has joined the team at Modern People Solutions as an Executive HR Consultant. Steve has worked with small businesses to large corporations throughout North America, supporting companies in agriculture, equipment dealerships, aerospace, private equity and municipalities.
Steve has an extensive background in HR with a ton of certifications (which we won’t list so we don’t bore you), but he is known for executive compensation strategies, working with a board of directors, being an occupational health psychologist (mental health), coaching leaders, implementing HR Technology (ERP) to streamline business operations and developing employee data to help businesses make more informed decisions.
Outside of work, Steve loves to go for hikes, spending time with his family and dogs.
